Talao-Talao Beach
Talao-Talao Beach  is a public beach located in Lucena City in the province of Quezon. It’s very accessible since Talao-Talao is just 5 minutes away from Lucena (Bayan) and 4-5 hours away from the Metro Manila. It’s highly recommended for those who are in a tight budget because it has no entrance fee and some amenities are also free.

DISCLAIMER:

What I'm sharing to you is not the typical popular beaches that you're looking for because this beach is:

>not that instagrammable
>not white sand
>no bar & resto
>no activities except (going to white beach)
>lots of floating sea grasses
>not that clean

PURPOSE:

It's about appreciating what we have and learn to enjoy without any expectations.

There are some resorts that offers boat rental going to white beach but don't expect too much. Some amenities like cottages and tables are available, sari-sari store as well.

HOW TO GET THERE:

[Option 1]: Ride a Bus from Cubao going to Lucena City, fare is Php 218.00 and travel time is around 4-5 hours. Drop off at Diversion or Lucena Grand Terminal then ride a jeep going to Bayan, fare is Php 9.00 and travel time of 15 mins. Drop off at Bayan then ride a tricycle going to Dalahican (look for a Gemini Bakery as landmark), fare is Php 10.00 (10 mins ride). Drop off at Gemini then it's up to you whether you haggle an etrike for Php 20.00 per head or just walk for 15-20 mins.
