Mt. Paliparan is the newest hiking destination in Tanay, Rizal located in the town of Brgy. Cuyambay and it was opened to hiking activities in April 2016. This mountain is another travel destination to look forward by the outdoor enthusiasts. It was named after the early practice of kite-flying activities, either for a contest or just for fun by the local Dumagats youth. The municipality of Tanay is now becoming a haven of outdoor activities that offers minor to extreme adventures.

Marinduque is pronounced as "Marin'Duke" in Tagalog and part of MIMAROPA (Region IV-B) in the Philippines. Municipality of Boac is the capital of this province. It is considered as the Heart of the Philippines in accordance to its Heart-Shaped appearance as an island and aside from that, Marinduque is also considered as the geographical center of the Philippine archipelago by the Luzon Datum of 1911 (the mother of all Philippines Geodetic Survey). It is situated between Tayabas Bay in the north and Sibuyan Sea to the south. The island of Marinduque is separated from the Quezon Province (east) and Mindoro Island (west).

Bagumbungan Cave in Sitio Puti Brgy. San Isidro, Sta. Cruz Marinduque is for sure one of the best cave here in the Philippines. It is a 1.9 km. long cave and some part are still unexplored. It is protected by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) with the help of San Isidro (Local Government Unit) to spare the cave from exploitation. According to our guide, it was discovered 7 years ago by the cave enthusiast and a tourism officer. Since then the local government has been doing so much efforts in promoting this cave as their tourist destination in San Isidro.

Hundred Islands is located in Alaminos, Pangasinan and considered as one of the famous tourist destination in northern part of Luzon.  It is the first National Park here in the Philippines. There are 124 islands at low tide and 123 islands at high tide scattered in Lingayen Gulf. Most of the islands are not accessible because those are just stand alone rock formations with many trees on top.  As of today, Quezon Island, Lopez Island, Marcos Island, Governor’s Island, Children’s Island, Cuenco Island and Virgin Island are innovated made for the tourist.

We all know that this province is well known to its rice fields and referred as the Rice Granary of the Philippines but not all of us know about this hidden gem of this province. This beautiful Peñarada River is bordered by the 16 – meter high limestone formations. Mt. Manalmon is one of the most visited mountain in Northern Luzon. It's very accessible and easy to locate. This mountain will just need a 1-2 hours of trekking that made it good for beginners. It features additional nature trip such as caving, splashing in the river and the famous rope walking activity on top of the Madlum River. It lies on another mountain called Mt. Gola which is also a good vantage point so you can do a twin hike in a single day. It is also part of the historical Biak-na-Bato National Park in San Miguel, Bulacan. The relic of St. Michael is placed inside the Madlum Cave, it has a historical significance in 18th century event.

This mountain is called Mt. Daraitan and it is located in the boundaries of Tanay, Rizal and General Nakar, Quezon Province where both province is part of the Sierra Madre Mountain Range. It is one of the top choices mountain by the mountaineers since the municipality of Tanay is just a 2 hours away from the Manila. It has gained its fame because of the additional adventure given by the Tinipak River as well as the nearby cave. Instead of going back to the jump-off area, better to take the recommended route going to Tinipak River (traverse). An experience here in Mt. Daraitan is like a package deal because you'll be able to experience the not so minor climb in Mt. Daraitan but so worth it, a mesmerizing limestone views from the Tinipak River, a refreshing water stream inside the cave  and the so called rain forest. A great way to escape the noisy place of Manila.
