| White Beach Resort |
Puerto Galera is the said to be
the Boracay of the North. It is considered as one of the most beautiful and
fully developed beach resort community in the country. You will be
mesmerized with the White Beach's very own pristine crystal clear water and
Boracay inspired white powdery sand. White Beach Resort offers different
water such as parasailing, banana boat, jet ski, jetovator surfing, snorkeling,
scuba diving and land activities for the tourists such as lighting a
bonfires, play beach volleyball, toss a frisbee, beach-hopping, sunset
sighting, star gazing, hiking, rock climbing and many more.. There are many
choices of room accommodations and it is also possible for some who are in a
tight budget to pitch their tent in a specific area. Night-life in Puerto Galera is
one of the main attraction and highlight of this Mindoro getaway. You will
witness the fierce performance of fire dancers, amazing sand castle making, Bar
& Resto, Henna Tattoo and many more.
How to get there: You'll just have to ride a bus (either Jam Liner or Jac Liner) in Kamuning going to Batangas
Port, fare is Php 350.00 per head with a travel time of 2 1/2 hours. Once you arrived in that area, take a ride in any boat going to White
Beach Resort and it cost Php 500.00 for a round trip. Travel time is 1.5 hours,
based on my experience.

| Budget Friendly Inn |
If you're a solo traveler or a group but in a very tight budget, this room accommodation is recommended for you. There are some place where you can pitch a tent but based on my observation and as a concerned traveler, it's not safe so better to avail a room for the security of your valuable things. Sorry if I actually forgot it's name but you can see it from the first part of the resort. Just ask the local there where you can locate this rooms in color yellow. This budget friendly apartment type room is Php 1,000.00 per night with 1 television and electric fan, 1 comfort room and a free WiFi.

| Mountainous Mindoro |
Puerto Galera is not just a about beach bumming because it also offers other nature tripping that you will definitely enjoy. From this view, you can see the beautiful slope image of Mt. Malasimbo. Ask the local where you can ride a tricycle going to Talipanan Beach where jump-off area is located. Another side trip here is the famous Tamaraw Falls of Galera, it's just 8 miles away from the center of this beach.

| Left Portion of White Beach |
A huge rock is the end part of this resort from its left portion. This is the best part where you will feel a peaceful surrounding. There is a signage that restrict the tourists from swimming because there's no life guard in this area and it's already the boundary from the other beach resort.

| Rocky Portion |
A rocky area is the end part of this resort from its right portion. The place was not that crowded unlike in the main area of the resort. Another place where you will feel peaceful surrounding and will enjoy this rocky area. Make sure to put extra careful because most of the rocks from this area area bit slippery.

You can also do this if you have your own tripod. We were in a big rock and I placed my camera in a flat rock from the bottom part. There's still a water surrounds this rock so better assure the position of the camera to prevent from falling it into water.
