Salvatierra Beach Resort

Salvatierra Beach Resort is located in Brgy. Agdangan Atimonan, Quezon Province, just 1 hour away from Lucban. This beach is recommended for those who want peaceful place, a not so crowded resort and a budget friendly accommodation. You’ll see a big cross, fewer meter away from the shoreline. Just like the other resort, it offers cottages, karaoke and foods to eat. No worries about Comfort Room because it’s free, well maintained and very clean.

How to get there: Ride a Bus going to Lucena Grand Terminal specifically in Jac Liner (in front of Jam Liner in GMA Kamuning), fare is Php 218.00 with a travel time of 4-5 hours depending on delays. Drop in Lucena then ride another bus going to Atimonan, Quezon. Tell the driver that you're going to Zigzag Area, fare id Php 35.00 and additional 1 hour travel time. Once you're there, ride a tricycle bound to Agdangan Market. In our case, we rented a tricycle (special) for Php 500.00 /group of 5 since it's already late but it's all worth it because it was actually too far from Zigzag Area. In Market, ride another tricycle going to Salvatierra Beach resort, fare is Php 15.00 per head and just a 5 minutes away.

It’s not that popular beach resort but if offers semi white powdery sand and pristine water. You will enjoy the long shoreline and different sea animals that are abundant within the area. You also need to see the beautiful sunrise of this resort. It is facing the east part so better wake up early so you can witness this fantastic happening.

Star Fish

Salvatierra Beach has a lot to offer when it comes to its sea creatures. You'll be able to see animals that are abundant to this area like star fish, sea cucumber, hermit crabs and many more. You will also enjoy the different color of pebbles, shells and coral reef.

College Buddies

It is better to visit this beach on weekdays so you can enjoy this trip only with you friends and families. As of now, the only activity that you can do within the beach is to play under the sun. It’s better if you wear a sandals or something that is only used for swimming for the protection of the feet because many rocks and even sea urchins are scattered.

Low Tide 

Sand Bar

The best part of this trip is around 11 AM – 3 PM because the sea is in low tide status. You’ll be able to see sand bars and will definitely enjoy the surreal beauty of the sand after the normal level of the sea water.  It’s also the perfect timing to take group shots, scenic view photography as well as the sea creatures.
