Mt. Ngusong Kabayo's famous rock formation
Mt. Ngusong Kabayo (625 MASL) is located in Brgy. Laiban and one of the latest newly opened mountain in the mountainous region of Tanay, Rizal.  This 2-months old mountain is under the management of Tanay Tourism Office. It is part of the Quatro Mountains of Brgy. Laiban according to Nomad Terra Crawlers. The three other mountains are known as Mt. Lubo (Tangwa Peak), Mt. Toyang and Mt. Ulang.

TRIVIA: According to our guide, Mt. Ngusong Kabayo got its name from the rock formation that looks like a Horse. It is situated at the summit of this mountain. But if you're looking at the bottom part of the rock, you can also imagine that the rock formation also looks like the head of an  Elephant or a dog and the other one really looks like the head of a Camel. Note: It's just my personal opinion :)
360' view of Tanay Rizal
Mt. Ngusong Kabayo is good for beginners with the assistance or guidance of the professional mountaineer or even the tour guide itself.  The trail of this mountain is not that well-established but already visible. It features a muddy trail during rainy season, forest, waterfalls also known as Laiban Falls, a cave but not yet opened for the public, Limatic (along the trail of Laiban Falls) and the breath-taking view of Tanay Rizal.
Mt. Ngusong Kabayo is rich in Cogon so better wear dry-fit shirt with long sleeves. There are a lot of flowery plants along the trail. Cloud Rat is one of the endemic animal that can be seen within the vicinity of Quatro Mountains (Note: Don’t do anything that will harm them).
