Masasa Beach is a public beach located in Tingloy Island in the province of Batangas. It’s very accessible since the island is just 3 hours away from the Metro Manila. It’s highly recommended for those island hoppers who are in a tight budget because it has no entrance fee and some amenities are also free.
Masasa Beach can still be considered as Virgin Island because it still has no commercialized establishments such as restaurant, hotel and other money maker businesses. No fancy activities her but you will enjoy your stay here by just walking along the coastline, enjoying the clear water of the sea and embracing the silence of the entire place.  If features a semi-white sand with a bit of broken coral debris and pebbles. The water is really clear and rich in sea creatures such as sea urchin, crab, sea cucumber and many more.

Pico de Loro is actually part of a small mountain range known as Mt. Palay-Palay. It is considered to be one of the first choice travel spot near Manila and has gained popularity as a weekend getaway. This mountain is also known as Pico de Loro but sometimes mistakenly called as Mt. Pico de Loro. It is located in the boundaries of the municipality of Ternate, Cavite and Nasugbo, Batangas. It features lush forest, water stream, waterfalls and the famous Monolith as well as the Parrot's Beak.

Burot Beach is a remote beach located along the shores in the town of Calatagan, Batangas. It is private property but still open for public as of this day. It is one of the under developed and unspoiled beaches in southern part of Luzon. Since the place is not yet innovated, the comfort rooms are not in a good status considering its slow flowing faucet and there's no cottages as well but you can rent a tent and just look fro a place where you want to pitch it. Burot beach is definitely good for fun under the sun with the pristine water of the beach.

Mabini is the home of extraordinary scenery under the sea that made it the most popular scuba diving spot in the Philippines. Gulugod Baboy is more likely a hills that traverse Calumpan Peninsula in Mabini. Hiking in this mountain was just a side trip before then eventually became a stand-alone tourists spot by the travelers because of its natural beauty. It is now well known as one of the beginner' top choice in terms of mountaineering due to its minor difficulty and just a 2 hours away from Metro Manila. This mountain has definitely gained its fame as weekend getaway.

Mt. Batulao is located in Nasugbo, Batangas and the jump-off area is in Evercrest Golf Course. It is one of the best mountain in Luzon with a very unique and remarkable landscapes. The trail is mostly grassland that made it very exposed to sun. This mountain will you two types of experience, Rainy season that will put you in a muddy situation but in a very cold temperature just like in Tagaytay. The other one is Dry Season (sunny) that you will feel the same hotness and humid temperature just like in a Desert. Mt. Batulao is very interesting destination that provides an element of hot and cold scenario because of its exposed grassland trail. 

Mt. Maculot | Famous Rockies

The famous mountain of Mt. Macolod or commonly known as Mt. Maculot is located in the town proper of Cuenca in Batangas. It is one of the top choice mountain near Metro Manila by many mountaineers. It has gained its popularity as a day trip adventure and a favorite weekend getaway because of the rockies portion as well as the scenic view of Taal Lake.  Rockies is the most popular spot in Mt. Maculot where it face the lake of Taal. It's not yet the summit and it is said that only 5% of the climbers pursue the traverse. It is considered as a minor climb but still it offers something challenging where a hiker should surpass the cliffs before reaching the Rockies.  From the vantage point, you will able to see the world famous Taal Volcano surrounded by the lake.
